General Rules Open as a Numbered Contents List
Terms and Conditions opens from the information menu, where it sits between Contacts and How to place a bet, and the panel beside the menu is headed General rules.
Under that heading come a search box and a Show all button, and below them the contents themselves: numbered chapters, starting with the terms of use, then the betting rules, the forms a bet can take, self-exclusion, dispute resolution, accounts and payouts, betting while play is under way, match results and starting times, the rules by sport, the markets available, extra bets and worked examples.
The tail of the contents holds what stands apart from match settlement: the sources the bookmaker reads results from, the settlement of accumulator and system bets, casino, the testing of random number generators, identity checks, responsible gaming and a risk warning.
A chapter with parts carries a chevron. Clicking the title drops the parts under it and loads the chapter into the reading pane at the same time, and the address of the page moves with the choice. Parts are numbered off their chapter, and the one on sports runs as an entry per heading for a sport, an esports discipline or a group of them.
The search box works on the contents rather than on the wording of the rules: typing narrows the column to chapter and part titles that carry the string, marks the match inside the title and keeps the parent chapter above its hits. A term that matches nothing leaves a short notice in place of the column. Show all clears the box and brings the whole contents back.
The reading pane opens with the chapter title and the date it was last revised, and the text under it is numbered clause by clause, with sub-numbering inside a clause. Terms and Conditions is also linked from the footer, in the Information column next to About us, and from the quick links at the bottom of the pages, where the chapters are listed one by one.
