Studios First, Then the Titles They Produce

TV Games sits in the More menu of the top bar, next to Poker, Virtual sports and Hunting and Fishing, and the trail above the page carries its name on its own. The page opens on studios rather than on games: wide tiles with the studio name across the top, its logo in the corner and artwork of a presenter beside a draw machine or a table.

Opening a studio hands over the catalogue behind it. The trail grows a second step, the heading takes the studio name, and the tiles underneath are the titles that studio produces, every one of them stamped with the same logo badge.

Titles are named after the mechanic and not after a theme. Some carry the count of balls drawn in a round, so the format can be read off the tile before the game opens. Keno appears twice over, once plainly and once in a quickened edition. Wheel games name the wheel they turn, and card formats name the game that is dealt. One studio in the row holds a single title, and its tile goes straight into that game instead of into a catalogue of its own.

Pointing at a tile dims the artwork and puts a Play button in the middle of it. That button is where an account becomes necessary: pressed without a session it does not open the game but a short notice instead, saying that playing takes a log in, with one OK to dismiss it. No tile offers a second button for free play, so an account comes before a round rather than after it.

The trail is the way back out. Its first step returns the tiles of all the studios, and the home icon before it leaves the branch altogether. The top bar stays above the page throughout, with Sports and Live at its left end and Games, Slots, Live Casino and Bingo beside them.

Under the tiles the page closes with a heading of its own and a block of quick links, and the footer gathers the site into groups: the betting pages under one heading, Casino, Games and Live Casino under another, the mobile version and Registration among the useful links. TV Games is not listed down there at all, which leaves the More menu and this address as the ways back to it.
